Make-it-Monday: Pocket totes

Stayed indoor and practiced on the sewing machine, for Monday is often the least busiest day of the week (to me) after a fully packed weekend.

Made a pocket t-shirt yesterday night and today I made the first pocket tote bag in the morning.

This first one is clean and simple, re-using the stripes design on the bag I drew at the Mui Wo Music Fest. I made this with our L-size bag and the pocket is to hold small personal belongings, because you will keep losing them in such a big bag and with all the things you put inside it. Be it your mobile phone, your keys, your octopus card, your pen, your lip balm or your kids' favorite candies, this little pocket will hold it for you. ;)

Once started, couldn't resist to make another one. This one went a little bit further - it's reversible.

I used a winter fabric for the other side so this reversible kind of gives a double look, one side for summer and the other for when the weather gets a bit cooler like now.
